3.1 Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph56 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ph56 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.
3.3 You must register with your own Philippine mobile number. The use of another person's mobile number or false contact details is prohibited.
3.4 ph56 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses held therein to any other person.
3.5 ph56 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any person at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph56 login credentials, including your username and password. ph56 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or social media.
4.2 You agree to notify ph56 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph56 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.3 ph56 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all login sessions and financial transactions. ph56 implements brute-force protection: accounts are temporarily suspended following five (5) consecutive failed login attempts.
4.4 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your ph56 account, whether or not authorised by you, except where ph56 is at fault.
4.5 ph56 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. ph56 may at its discretion require additional verification for high-value transactions.
ph56 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and approved cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph56 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph56 targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts via GCash or PayMaya, subject to volume and fraud review requirements.
All transactions on ph56 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph56 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph56 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of ₱50 per month after the dormancy period commences, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Dormant account balances are not forfeited — reactivation restores remaining funds.
6.1 Bets placed on ph56 are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation.
6.2 ph56 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in licensed studios under real-time CCTV monitoring. Game results are final and binding.
6.3 ph56 reserves the right to void bets that are placed as a result of: system errors, software malfunctions, game interruptions, or circumstances that render a bet outcome determined by factors other than the proper conduct of the game.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ph56 and are displayed within the respective game interface. These limits may change without prior notice.
6.5 ph56 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game and reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time.
6.6 In the event of a disconnection during an active bet or game round, ph56's system will complete the round based on its last-received instruction. ph56 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
7.1 ph56 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
7.2 Bonuses are offered in good faith and may not be abused. ph56 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus and to recover any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting wagering requirements using low-risk strategies, or misrepresenting eligibility.
7.3 ph56 reserves the right to decline bonus eligibility at its discretion, particularly where it identifies systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
7.4 Bonus funds and real funds in a player's account may be handled separately. Withdrawal requests where bonus wagering requirements are not yet met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion only, with real funds remaining withdrawable subject to other applicable conditions.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph56 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights in the platform's content are granted.

11.1 ph56 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph56 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 ph56 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of data; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications failures, or acts of God; (d) losses arising from player decisions made during gameplay.
11.3 ph56's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to ph56 in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph56's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 ph56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or PAGCOR instruction.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (e.g., fraud, breach), ph56 may withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Legitimate account balances remaining after investigation may be returned to the player minus any amounts related to fraudulent activity.
12.3 Players wishing to close their ph56 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ph56 shall first be submitted to ph56's customer support team for good-faith resolution. ph56 targets initial response to formal complaints within 48 hours.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph56's internal process within thirty (30) days of formal escalation, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for online gaming operators and players, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
13.4 Unresolved disputes may ultimately be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
14.1 ph56 may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on their account where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of ph56 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph56 and may request account closure.
